Today's make indian masala pasta recipe.


Following Steps In Images.

1)Step:-
 Heat oil in a pan, add cumin when it begins to sizzle add garlic. fry until garlic turns aromatic



2)Step :-

Fry until garlic turns aromatic .Add the veggies and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.Add mashed tomatoes along with salt.





3)  Steps :-

When the tomatoes turn mushy and the raw smell disappears, add kasuri methi, masala powder and red chili powder.
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin when it begins to sizzle add garlic.
Fry for one to 2 minutes. If using cream add it now.

4)Step :-
Add pasta and the other half of the oil.


5) step:- 


Add butter cheese.






6) Steps :-
Indian style pasta aka masala pasta is ready to serve.



Ingredients:


Pasta 300 gOlive oil 3tbGarlic chopped 1 tbOnion chopped 1 nChilly flakes 1 tsConcasse Tomatoes 3 nSaltSugar 1 tsParsley 1 tsBasil leaf 3nOregano 1 pinchCheese 2 Tablespoons


Directions: 



Heat olive oil in a pan add chopped garlic, chopped onion, cook onions are till brown, add chilly flake, tomato mix it well and put the lid on and cook for some time, add salt, sugar, pepper, parsley, basil, oregano, add pasta (direct from the boiling liquid) grate the cheese on top, toss them.
